Agentforce Agents understand the context of the conversation. For example, they can figure out who the customer is. (By asking them just to give an overview of the contact, the Agent produces full details of Sofia for which the high priority case is open.)
We can also create custom Agent actions as per the requirements, so when the user enters the prompt, it will produce the desired output.
