Haven Specialty Coffee is a cosy cafe located in Surry Hills. It specialises in choice coffee and offers an all-day breakfast menu that features gourmet sandwiches.
Objectives
Haven decided to engage with Mavlers to help increase their cafe local awareness and store visits within Surry Hills area.
Our Approach
We noticed that Haven were missing a huge opportunity to attract new potential customers searching for "cafe" and "coffee" (and other related search terms) through Google Maps and restaurant directories.
Over a 3-month period, we executed the below steps:
- A Google My Business page was set up with business information, good images and content.
- Started gathering all citations in existing directories.
- Removed all inconsistent and duplicate listings.
- Created listings in over 40 local and restaurant directories in Sydney.
- Schema mark-up code was utilised, enabling search engines to clearly convey results to viewers.
