According to the defined scope of work, the campaign manager and the SME (Subject matter expert- the expert we appoint to ensure seamless communication and execution) were expected to focus on managing campaigns and migrating to a new ESP/ CRM. But here’s how the team went the extra mile:

Upon the client's decision to migrate to Zoho MA 2.0, our team thoroughly explored the platform and shared our findings, serving as a reference for utilizing MA 2.0 effectively.
